Training to Teach

22SLNSb 41

For those considering training to teach, Langton Girls’ is partnered with Kent and Medway Training (KMT) to offer excellent teacher training through the School Direct training programme.  You can train as a teacher to gain QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

School Direct is a hands on, practical school based training programme which allows student teachers to work in their school from day 1. This ensures that you are able to work through an entire school year in your school and really feel part of the learning community.

Student teachers are provided with a range of experiences for the contrasting school placement across KMT’s partnership schools as the year progresses.
