Investor in Careers: Quality in Careers Standard

We are pleased to confirm that Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar School is working towards the renewal of our Quality in Careers Standard status with Investor in Careers. We are committed to completing our reassessment by January 2025.

The Quality in Careers Standard offers learning providers external independent assessment and national accreditation of the quality of their careers education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) provision with focus upon its impact and outcomes for young people. The national assessment and accreditation criteria for the Quality in Careers Standard fully incorporate the Gatsby Benchmarks as performance indicators for schools.

Successful completion of the Quality in Careers Standard will confirm that the school is successfully providing an outstanding programme of CEIAG that satisfies national requirements and provides guidance that addresses the career development needs of all of our students.
